The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, expansion, and continuous improvement of tools and methodologies to oversee and monitor the DoN's real property inventory. This includes buildings, structures, linear structures, land, utilities, privatized housing, BRAC, enhanced use leasing, and other real property assets.

The contractor shall recommend and/or develop performance metrics and standards, as well as measurement and evaluation techniques, to ensure the Government has accurate and relevant information with which to make decisions regarding management, oversight, and monitoring of the inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience translating geospatial business needs into enterprise program and solution architecture recommendations. They should also have extensive knowledge and experience of asset management, geospatial standards, and enterprise geographic information systems (GIS).

Additionally, the individual proposed for this position shall have experience with Government entities, DoD or other federal agencies' use of geospatial technology. A Bachelor's Degree in Geography or a related geoscience field is required, while a Master's degree in Geography or a related geoscience field is preferred.
