We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance support to our bubble plant, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance to meet safety, housekeeping, quality, cost, and production requirements
• Troubleshoot and calibrate equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Install new equipment and make modifications to existing equipment as needed
• Prepare written and verbal reports and recommendations to support plant goals
• Assist other maintenance team members as required to support plant goals

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in industrial electronics or a related field
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems
• Some experience with programmable logic controllers (troubleshooting only)
• Strong electrical background and teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Safety conscious mindset and ability to work in a group environment or independently
• Ability to drive a forklift and basic computer skills
• Welding and fabrication skills preferred

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to constantly work in a non-conditioned environment
• Ability to frequently ascend/descend ladders/stairs as required to repair equipment
