Behavioral Therapist Supervisor

Hoboken, New Jersey, United States Behavior Analysis and Support Services (BASS ABA) Full time

At BASS ABA, we provide state-of-the-art Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Case Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention plans and ensuring exceptional progress related to established care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Individualized Goals and Objectives: Create personalized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs, and design behavior intervention plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Schedule and Supervise Staff: Oversee and direct the scheduling of BCBAs, Consultants, and Behavioral Therapists as needed.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented to collect quantifiable behavioral data at regular intervals.
  • Staff Training and Consultation: Teach Consultants and Behavior Therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans.
Required Qualifications
  • Masters in behavior analysis, Psychology, special education, social work, speech language pathology, or related field required, Ph.D. preferred.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • At least three years experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities.
Benefits
  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
