Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all activities on the construction site, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget constraints.
  • Oversee crews across various trades, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction field.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and managing construction projects.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
  • Exceptional skills in project scheduling and budget management.
  • Outstanding leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Solid grasp of safety management practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Aptitude for working in a dynamic environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
