Minimum Education Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Previous nursing experience in a related field is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Current nursing license in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Unit-specific certifications as required (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) based on departmental guidelines.
- Completion of a certified patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program according to unit-specific protocols.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Proven proficiency in acute care nursing practices, knowledge, and skills.
- Moderate proficiency in basic computer skills.
Compensation
Pay Range: $55.09
