As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the physical aspects of the community, focusing on:

  • Resident-Focused Support: Monitor resident maintenance requests daily, addressing tasks promptly and effectively.
  • Skilled Craftsmanship: Execute painting and drywall repairs with precision, demonstrating your attention to detail.

  • Budget Oversight: Work alongside the Executive Director to manage maintenance expenses, assess costs, and prepare bid proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory maintenance role, ideally within senior living or multifamily property management.

  • Chemical Safety: Knowledge of safe handling, storage, and disposal of maintenance chemicals.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Ability to respond swiftly and calmly in emergency situations.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
