Tower 14 is a 23-bed unit specializing in the care of post-surgical adults and low acuity trauma patients. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct and indirect patient care
- Implementing nursing care protocols and standards
- Transcribing and implementing physicians' orders
- Initiating and coordinating health teaching for patients and families
- Engaging with the medical staff and other professionals to develop plans of care
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a current license to practice nursing in the State of Pennsylvania
- Satisfactorily complete the Nursing Department's orientation program and probationary period
- Complete NIHSS education prior to the end of the orientation period, if required
