Compensation Range:
$121,650 to $152,075 annually
The Feed Production Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the comprehensive operations of the feed mill, which includes mentoring, instructing, and guiding Team Members to ensure the effective application of industry best practices. This role is crucial in enhancing productivity, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely production and distribution of feed in a cost-effective manner.
- Develop, present, and manage a control budget aimed at enhancing the company's profitability.
- Supervise all aspects related to mill personnel, including but not limited to policies, procedures, recruitment, safety training, and employee development.
- Implement and uphold compliance with disease prevention measures and product Quality Control standards.
- Research and strategize new methodologies to lower operational costs associated with equipment, energy consumption, and workforce management.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
