Supervisory Role in Community Engagement

The Supervisory Role in Community Engagement at LUK Inc. is a leadership position that requires a strong background in program supervision, community engagement, and behavioral health. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, developing and implementing effective intervention programs, and promoting positive outcomes for at-risk youth and families.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a related field and direct clinical experience working with at-risk youth and families. Knowledge of behavioral health, violence prevention/intervention, substance use/abuse prevention/intervention, and cultural responsiveness is preferred. Strong communication and computer skills are required, as well as a valid driver's license and own transportation.
This is a full-time position located in Central Massachusetts, with some community-based travel required (20%). We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
