Job Title: School-Based BCBA Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a part-time role. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans for students. You will also collaborate with educational staff, provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for students.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to track student progress.
  • Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
