This role is part of a well-established and collaborative neuroscience care team that includes neurologists and physiatrists. As a leading referral center, we manage a diverse range of neuromuscular conditions and deliver specialized care to patients from various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient clinical practice focused exclusively on neuromuscular medicine and electrodiagnostic procedures, with no hospital call responsibilities.
- Required qualifications include board certification or eligibility in neurology.
- Fellowship training or board certifications in neuromuscular medicine and electrodiagnostic medicine are essential.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to ALS care, collaborating with professionals from various therapeutic disciplines.
- Benefit from support from specialized nurse practitioners and fellow neurologists in subspecialties.
- Engage with the Providence Medical Research Center, which offers substantial support for clinical trials and research collaborations with several prominent universities.
- Eligibility for a clinical faculty appointment at esteemed medical colleges, with opportunities for teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.
- Receive a competitive compensation package ranging from $260,686 to $382,015 annually, including signing bonuses, CME benefits, and comprehensive benefits.
