Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to residents, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing resident rooms.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, behavior, or well-being to the Wellness Director.
  • Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement, socialization, and mental stimulation.
  • Collaborate with the Wellness Director and other team members to ensure seamless care and support for residents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNA certification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in senior living or healthcare settings.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages a plus.
