The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Accounting roles within manufacturing or project-based businesses, with expertise in GAAP/IFRS and risk management. You'll also possess strong Microsoft Office & ERP skills (SAP preferred) and a Bachelor's in Accounting (MBA a plus).

In this role, you'll oversee general ledger and tax accounting for U.S. and Canadian operations, manage month-end and year-end close processes, and prepare financial statements. You'll also advise internal teams on financial matters, including tax implications, and coordinate financial reporting, tax filings, cash forecasting, and regulatory submissions.
