Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Cynet Systems.
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic laboratory instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and email support to internal and external customers
- Monitor and document customer interactions using our Customer Relations Software Tool
- Demonstrate technical expertise in clinical laboratory practice and support Vista Systems
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Meet and exceed individual service level metrics to meet customer and business needs
Requirements:
- Associate degree and equivalent experience or bachelor's degree in a science-related or engineering field
- Med-Tech, Biomedical Engineering, or Engineering degree preferred
- 3-7 years of comparable experience in Med-Tech or Engineering, with a focus on healthcare
- Ability to travel up to 20%
