  • Assist with patient flow within the facility, working closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned, including attending company orientations and meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and the general public, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • PT Aides are required to stand for long periods, squat, and stoop, as well as move heavy equipment and lift patients (up to 100 pounds), requiring physical stamina and endurance.
  • Students in Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant programs are strongly preferred, as they bring a unique perspective and energy to our team.
