K.A. Recruiting is seeking a skilled Molecular Technologist to join our team in a COVID Testing Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular diagnostics and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Molecular Technologist to work in our private laboratory in Northern Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing molecular diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities:**
* Perform molecular diagnostic tests using various techniques and instruments
* Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and laboratory policies
* Collaborate with laboratory staff to achieve team goals
* Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities

**Requirements:**
* ASCP certification (preferred)
* FL License (required)
* Strong background in molecular diagnostics
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment
