Position Overview:
The Echocardiography Technician is responsible for capturing diagnostic ultrasound images in various areas of echocardiography. This role includes assisting physicians during Transesophageal Echocardiograms and requires a solid understanding of ultrasound techniques and equipment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and sound judgment while maintaining a professional rapport with colleagues and medical staff. A degree or certificate from a recognized institution in Echocardiography is required, along with flexibility in work situations and basic clerical skills.
