We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations for a potential new business account. This role will be responsible for managing culinary operations for a multi-unit dining account, including residential dining, retail dining, and catering.

• Develop and implement culinary solutions to meet the needs of our customers and clients
• Manage menu development for our residential dining, retail dining, and catering programs
• Work with internal and external clients to manage catering events from beginning to execution
• Maintain inventory of food and non-food supplies to stay within established guidelines
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation
• Meet food and labor financial targets
• Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation
• Taste completed meals to ensure quality
• Follow facility, department, and company safety policies and procedures
• Participate and attend departmental meetings, staff development, and professional programs

• ServSafe certified
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
• Strong financial understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory and labor management
• Experience leading and engaging a culinary team
