Key Responsibilities
  • Data Pipeline Management: Manage and improve our data pipelines across multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
  • Software Development: Develop high-performance and standards-backed code in Python, R, and C++ to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our motion capture systems.
  • Information Technology Support: Provide technical expertise and support for our IT systems, including server hardware assembly, network analysis, and help desk ticketing.
  • Machine Learning / AI Support: Collaborate with our R&D team to integrate machine learning and AI initiatives within our pipelines, code, and back-end systems.
  • Lab Operations: Assist in the Launchpad with collections, diagnostics, and systems repair/improvement.
Requirements
  • Intermediate Software Development Skills: Proficiency in Python and one or more other languages, including C++, R, or PHP.
  • Novice-to-Intermediate IT Skills: Familiarity with server hardware assembly, network analysis, help desk ticketing, or similar fields.
  • Database Analysis Skills: Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and database analysis.
  • Motion Capture Technology: Proven experience with marker-based or markerless motion capture technology.
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technology and motion capture pipelines.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $27 per hour, with a guaranteed 10 hours of paid overtime per week. This position requires a standard 40-hour workweek, with the additional overtime hours built into the regular schedule.
