The Role in Our Organization
We are seeking a seasoned Nursing Supervisor to join our team, who will oversee hospital staff, provide expert guidance, and participate in program development and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities and Expectations
This key position involves:
  • Leading hospital staff in providing quality care and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Providing expert guidance for nursing personnel, managing disciplinary issues, preparing administrative reports, and reviewing staffing and budgetary needs.
  • Participating in program development and training for nurse-recruitment activities and assisting with continuing education programs.
  • Developing nursing protocols and procedures, assessing patient needs, and maintaining patient health records.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates for this position must possess a valid RN license in the state, BCLS and ACLS certification, two years of Registered Nurse experience in a hospital setting, and one to two years of supervisory/leadership experience. We also value expertise in areas such as clinical leadership, healthcare compliance, and patient care management.
