Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks' signature drinks and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the Starbucks area, by adhering to Target's cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, food safety, and cash handling.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
