Project Manager Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of Information Systems projects, ensuring timely completion and effective coordination of team activities. This role requires strong project management skills, including planning, execution, control, and closure. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry, with a track record of delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full-scale project plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project team
  • Manage project budget and risks
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Quality assurance and monitoring of project progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • 6-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry
  • 2-4 years of experience in implementation, support, or utilizing current information system technology
