Job Title: Labor and Delivery Educator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN Educator to join our team at MemorialCare Health System. As a Labor and Delivery Educator, you will be responsible for enhancing staff knowledge and performance in the Labor and Delivery department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate educational programs and workshops for the Labor and Delivery department.
- Ensure staff compliance with clinical standards and policies within the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Develop and implement training strategies to improve patient care and staff efficiency.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of educator experience required.
- California License in hand required.
- Familiarity with EPIC documentation system.
- Must-Have: Educator experience, Familiarity with EPIC documentation system.

Additional Information:
- New travelers accepted.
- Floating requirements within the hospital based on census.
- Pre-approved time off at the discretion of the manager; must be included at the time of submission.
- Weekend and on-call requirements are not applicable.
- Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions accepted.
- Local candidates accepted at adjusted rates, contact for details.
- One reference required from the last two years of employment.
- Previous permanent staff at the facility are not eligible to apply.
