Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Greater Texas Healthcare Enterprises. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality anesthetic care to patients undergoing various medical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Anesthetic Assessment and Evaluation
Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations of patients to identify potential risks and develop personalized anesthetic plans.
Anesthetic Plan Development and Implementation
Develop and implement anesthetic plans of care, including monitoring modalities and post-anesthesia follow-up evaluations and care.
Anesthetic Administration
Select, obtain, and administer anesthetic plans of care, including induction, maintenance, and emergence phase anesthesia.
Education and Experience
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Anesthesia approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience working in a physician office or similar healthcare setting.
Certifications and Licenses
Required:
- Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Valid Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Licensed in applicable state within 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), PALS, and NRP certifications.
