Job Description

Glow Cleanup LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Experienced Construction Cleanup Specialist.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who excels at going above and beyond in their work, with a strong emphasis on punctuality and attendance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the cleanest possible environment in newly built or renovated buildings before clients move in.

You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that every space meets our high standards of cleanliness and quality. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make you a valuable asset to our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Clean construction sites and newly built or renovated buildings to deliver the highest level of quality and cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in construction cleanup or a related field.
  • Punctuality and attendance are non-negotiable.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Able to pass a clean background check.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage: $17.50-$22.50, based on experience.
  • Semi-annual bonuses up to $2,500, earned based on performance.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 4-day-a-week schedule available, with opportunities for overtime. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel required (up to 25%).

Location

Multiple locations, with a primary location in Dayton, OH. Reliable commute or relocation required.
