Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at The Brass Tap company. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve beverages in a timely manner, adhering to Brass Tap procedures.
  • Maintain full knowledge of beer products, descriptions, and promotions to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Meet state and local age requirements for serving alcohol.
  • Maintain current state/local required alcohol service certification.
  • Previous bar server experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds, balance and carry multiple food and beverage items, and stand, walk, and lift for long periods.
  • Excellent people skills, outgoing personality, and a team player attitude.
