About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our nationally recognized employment team in Worcester. As an Associate Solicitor, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop your career and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on a range of employment law issues, including restrictive covenant disputes, confidential information disputes, and employment tribunal litigation.
  • Provide guidance on general day-to-day workplace issues, including advice on settlement agreements and drafting contracts of employment.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on employment law issues, working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
About You

We are looking for a Solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law. You will have a solid grounding in employment law and excellent technical ability and drafting skills. You will also have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
