Key Responsibilities:

As an Enrollment Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to prospective students through consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Conducting outbound calls to individuals interested in enrolling at the University.
  • Meeting with potential students to thoroughly explain program offerings and advise on suitable options based on their interests, qualifications, and career objectives.
  • Representing the University at various events and to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders involved in the college selection process.
  • Participating in all admissions department meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inquiries and admissions activities.
  • Completing daily activity reports and ensuring timely and accurate completion of enrollment documentation.
  • Keeping all required reports up-to-date and accurate, including information in University systems.
  • Adhering to a strict code of ethics and complying with all University policies, state and federal regulations, and accrediting body standards.
  • Building and nurturing relationships to generate referrals.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance student satisfaction.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of on-campus events and programs.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in university admissions or recruitment is required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in appointment setting, interviewing, relationship management, client services, and event coordination.
  • Prior military experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working remotely is essential.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Skills and Abilities:

  • A genuine passion for helping others achieve their educational and career goals.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including effective follow-up and follow-through.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with professional social media usage.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
