Position Overview

The Director of Credit and Fraud is pivotal in meeting the company's overall accounts receivable goals. This role involves leading a team of Managers and Analysts while working collaboratively across various departments to establish effective credit and fraud prevention policies for both Fixed and Mobile sectors. The Director will identify areas for enhancement, spearhead initiatives, and drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute credit policies for both fixed and mobile sectors, catering to B2C and B2B markets.
  • Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and reduce bad debt while optimizing sales opportunities.
  • Formulate and execute fraud prevention strategies to minimize losses related to mobile devices and fixed service disconnections.
  • Conduct analysis of customer trends to pinpoint risks associated with device theft, fraudulent transactions, and identity fraud.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and external credit and fraud management tools to maintain high-quality customer experiences and protection standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to established strategies and the development of new processes.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly KPIs related to credit and fraud to senior leadership.
  • Design, oversee, and manage all relevant development projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Credit and Fraud management; an advanced MBA or MA degree is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of Credit and Fraud tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Approachable demeanor with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
