Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Crisis Prevention and Support Professional to join our team at PATH People Acting to Help, Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, support, and safety planning to individuals and families in need. You will also be required to link clients to community resources and services, and provide follow-up care and support as needed.

About the Benefits:

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $53,000 - $63,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
