We are seeking an experienced and motivated Attorney to join our team as an Environmental Litigation Attorney. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in advocating for our clients' rights and delivering outstanding legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions.
  • Perform legal research.
  • Make court appearances as necessary.
  • Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law.
  • 10+ years of experience in litigation.
  • Environmental/Toxic Torts experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Office, Familiarity with E-Discovery and law programs such as Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, Lexis, Smart Advocate, Everlaw, FileVine, OneLegal.
  • A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, a team player, reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
  • This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
