Western Arizona Regional Medical Center is seeking a talented and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as part of our New Grad RN Program.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including up to $20,000 in student loan payments for Full Time RNs paid over 6 years, as well as up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match eligibility.

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have recently graduated from an accredited RN program prior to February 2025. They will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a strong passion for providing top-notch patient care.
Responsibilities will include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care, participating in ongoing education and training programs, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
