Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RN to lead our Swing Bed Unit as a House Supervisor. As a House Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nurse staffing and scheduling

• Conduct daily team meetings for updates and feedback

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for unit operations

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure

• Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a Swing Bed Unit

• Strong leadership and communication skills
