Home Health RN Weekends Job Description

At BayCare, we are proud to be one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area. Our network consists of 16 community-based hospitals, a long-term acute care facility, home health services, outpatient centers, and thousands of physicians.

We are seeking a passionate Home Health RN to provide outstanding customer service to our community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and families, providing hands-on care in the home.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
  • Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines
  • Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
  • Review of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
  • Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor

Requirements:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • RN (Registered Nurse) License
  • Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
