Join our team as a Swim Instructor in Lakewood Ranch and be part of a dynamic and growing organization. As a Water Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our students. Our swim school is committed to providing expert instruction in a student-centered environment.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for teaching and water safety. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety of each class
- Teaching swim skills to students using our curriculum
- Building water confidence within students
- Communicating effectively with students and fellow staff members
Our team provides paid training and opportunities for growth and development. This is a part-time position that requires afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. If you are a caring and compassionate individual with strong communication skills, we invite you to apply.
