Job Summary:

As a Physician Psychiatrist with the State of Tennessee, you will lead an interdisciplinary treatment team in an acute or sub-acute unit, providing top-notch clinical care with minimal administrative requirements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead psychiatrist in an acute or sub-acute unit, overseeing a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
  • Provide supervision for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, if applicable.
  • Conduct clinical reviews (rounds) during morning hours, addressing patient care issues and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician Psychiatrist.
  • Four (4) Year Psychiatric Residency training from an accredited program.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in TN or willing to obtain license prior to hire.
