Job Overview
Premier Rental Purchase is seeking a skilled Lease Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls within 3 rings and provide prompt assistance to customers
* Review customer rental agreements, prepare delivery schedules, and make collection calls as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the backroom and company vehicle
* Assist in receiving new merchandise and ensuring its proper storage and maintenance
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent work experience
* Valid driver's license and good driving record
* Ability to lift and carry loads up to 75 pounds
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $31,200 based on a 40-hour workweek and $15.00 per hour.
