Research Associate Position in Child Development

This is a challenging opportunity to support ongoing research projects at the Learning Research and Development Center (LRDC). The center focuses on advancing the science of learning through interdisciplinary research.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in studying individual differences in child and adolescent development, particularly with socioeconomically and racially/ethnically diverse samples. Advanced statistical analysis skills are crucial for this role, including experience with fixed and random effects regression modeling, hierarchical linear modeling, and structural equation modeling frameworks.
Familiarity with geospatial data analysis and ecological momentary assessment methods with intensive repeated measures designs is highly desirable. A Doctorate Degree in psychology, education, or a related social science discipline is required, along with at least five to ten years of experience in a research setting or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
This position requires PA Child Protection Clearances and offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
