Job Summary

Vinfen Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions and behavioral health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to residents in a residential setting.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote resident independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful living environment by adhering to Vinfen's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with individuals with psychiatric conditions and behavioral health challenges preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
