Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor work areas for safety and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor supply levels to optimize operations and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Implement and maintain an effective dispatch system to ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles.
  • Schedule shop work to maximize productivity and meet dealership policy requirements.
  • Hold employees accountable for their actions and set daily expectations to drive performance.
  • Communicate delivery times to the store and ensure timely completion of sold units and customer cars.
  • Prioritize and control comebacks to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
  • Maintain a 48-hour turnaround for used cars and new vehicles, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Assist dealership personnel and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
