Dermatologist Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dermatologist to join our independent private practice on the North Shore. The successful candidate will split their time between two collaborating offices, delivering high-quality dermatological care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough skin examinations to diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions.
Perform dermatological procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and other diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Educate patients on skincare, preventive measures, and treatment options.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Stay current with advancements in dermatology and integrate new techniques and treatments into practice.
Provide consultations and follow-up appointments to monitor patient progress.
Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology.
Valid MA medical license to practice dermatology (can be pending).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
