Job Summary

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are fully stocked and ready for customers. Your primary responsibility will be to unload trucks, break down pallets, and restock shelves with new merchandise. You will also work backstock to include DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days and replenish shelves from mass and end displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks and break down pallets to prepare merchandise for restocking
  • Restock shelves with new merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and visual appeal
  • Work backstock to include DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days
  • Replenish shelves from mass and end displays, rotating product as requested by store management or replenishment lead

Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
  • Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position
  • Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform the job

Working Conditions
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
  • Job cycles: continual maximum
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
