About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Artisan Painter to join our team at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community in Raleigh, NC. As a vital member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residential apartments, homes, hallways, and common areas are beautifully painted and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refurbish and paint vacant apartments, homes, hallways, and common areas in the community.
- Work with our team to maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds as required by the job.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Prior experience in painting is preferred.
