About the Job:

The Environmental Services Technician provides cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and employees. This role is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Operate power equipment and use chemical cleaners responsibly to prevent damage.
• Notify supervisors of minor or major repairs, additions, or maintenance needs.
• Establish effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management.
• Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Perform seasonal tasks, such as snow removal, leaf raking, and grass cutting.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• Customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
