Job Summary:
The Clinical Outcomes Specialist Women's Services is a key role within the Department of Clinical Excellence at LifeBridge Health. This position is responsible for providing support to the Women's Services departments, including Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum Nursing. The ideal candidate will be a Master's or Doctoral prepared Registered Nurse with a strong background in quality improvement and a passion for elevating nursing professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation to improve quality care outcomes within the healthcare organization.
- Lead sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum.
- Apply influence across the three spheres of patient/family, staff, and system to transform healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam.
- 5-7 years of relevant Women's experience required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- American Heart Association BLS.
