Job Title: Operating Room RN

Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Operating Room RN to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operating Room RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating procedures, patient safety, and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients prior to surgery and alleviate their concerns
  • Monitor patient's vital signs to detect anomalies
  • Assume duties within or out of the sterile field as assigned
  • Evaluate patient in postoperative phases
  • Pass medical instruments or other objects to the surgeon during operation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as operating room nurse (circulating and scrub)
  • Excellent knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
  • Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions
  • In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures
  • AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
