Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Thrive Senior Living. This per diem position requires flexibility and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and information to residents and visitors.
  • Ensuring the security of the building by monitoring the premises both indoors and outdoors, responding to any incidents or issues promptly.
  • Delivering packages to resident apartments efficiently and securely.
  • Maintaining the safety of residents by being vigilant and proactive in preventing potential hazards.
  • Performing trash removal tasks to keep the community clean and hygienic.
  • Ensuring the reception area remains clean and tidy, reflecting positively on our community.
  • Providing assistance to residents as needed, demonstrating empathy and understanding in their daily lives.
Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $15-$20 based on industry standards and comparable roles in the area.

Requirements
