Mixologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our signature beverages in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests
• Follow recipes and company specifications to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
