Bear Mountain Healthcare is a leading provider of Short-Term Rehab and Long-Term Care services. We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our In-House Rehab Team.

• Plan, develop, and implement Speech Therapy services and programs in accordance with current regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, department records, and reports.
• Initiate referrals and conduct screenings to determine resident needs.
• Communicate evaluation findings to residents, family, and team members.
• Ensure effective communication regarding Speech Therapy programs.

• M.A. or M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited college.
• Active state license or license eligible.
• CCC or in CFY, and eligible for licensure.
