The Role:

We are seeking purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Team Members. In this role, you will play a key part in helping guests select smoothies and retail products that promote a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality smoothies using fresh ingredients
• Meet guest needs by ensuring prompt service and a friendly experience
• Greet and engage guests to create a positive atmosphere
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform opening and closing duties, including store checklist tasks
• Embody the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King

Requirements:

• Ability to connect with guests and colleagues with a "guest comes first" attitude
• At least 16 years of age or older
• Previous experience in a fast-food environment is a plus but not necessary
